IATPA was founded by Mr. David Malovani, (57) a frequent buisness and pleasure airline consumer.
In 2011 David had an extremely unpleasant "No-Show" experience with Delta Airlines. Later, he discovered that
the manner in which Delta Airlines had handled his case was in violation of IATA regulations. As the result he went to the court and eventually won his "No-Show" case.
As a result David created IATPA.
IATPA main goal from day one become the sharing of professional knowledge and insight into IATA related information aiming to help passengers worldwide in "unfair" cases.
IATPA offers its members professional support & legal advice regarding no-show cases.
Supporters will get this support through our information sources (regular newsletter distributed to our member's, facebook forum, and through our blog).
In some cases we also provide online professional support – for details see: Feedback.

Mr. David Malovani (57) has over 30 years' experience as a business consultant. David found irregularities in IATA rules, particularly in no-show cases and decided to establish IATPA in order to share his knowledge.
